Lemon chickhen

  • Chicken 8 pieces
  • Peeled & chopped garlic 8 cloves
  • Whole black pepper 10
  • Chopped lemon peel 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Butter 6 tbsp
  • Rosemary or Oregano 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method:

Wash chicken pieces nicely and spread with salt and 4 garlic.
Now spread in pot and dry its water.
Then mix lemon peel, 4 garlic cloves, butter, black pepper, rosemary or oregano and lemon juice and blend in blender.
Then spread on chicken nicely and heat oven on 250 degrees C.
Spread butter on chicken and bake for 20-25 minutes.
During baking, take out chicken again and spread 2 tbsp butter.
Take out, garnish with coriander leaves and lemon peel and serve.
