Wash and slice meat into four pieces.
Beat them with knife on both sides.
Put them into bowl and put vinegar, pepper and salt.
Mix them altogether and keep for 1/2 or 1 hour, so that they become soft and tasty.
Slice onions into thick round pieces and fry till brown.
Cut tomatoes into two and fry.
Sprinkle some salt and black pepper on fried tomatoes.
Then fry pieces of meat (altogether) in same ghee.
Turn them after sometime.
When water gets finished and meat is not ready, put some more water.
Cover frying pan.
When it is completely ready and there is no water remaining, take it off.
Don’t throw away the little liquid that has remained.
Spread the pieces with liquid on dish and top with onions and tomatoes.
