Behari Chicken Boti

Behari Chicken Boti is a good meal to serve at dinner or lunch.

  • Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • 1 ½ tbsp Salt
  •  1 ½ tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Poppy seeds roasted and grinded
  • 2 tsp Roasted gram grinded
  • 1 tsp Roasted and crushed cumin
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1tsp mixed all spice
  • 2 tsp Brown onion fried and crushed
  • Half cup oil
  • 1 tbsp  Raw papaya

Preparation Method;

Firstly marinate chicken by adding raw papaya 1 tbsp, Ginger garlic, Salt, Chili powder, Poppy seeds roasted and grinded, Roasted gram , Roasted and crushed cumin and Yogurt,Mixed all spice, Brown onion fried.
Keep the mixture for 1 hour
Now heat oil in a pan and add marinated chicken
Cover and cook until chicken is done.
Then give dum of coal and garnish with onion rings, coriander leaves and green chilies.
Serve chicken behari boti with naan or chapati.
