Ingredients:

  • Bhel Poori (small pieces)
  • Boiled Potatoes 1 dozen (small cubes)
  • Channa Papri 1 packet
  • Onions (chopped)
  • 2 Salt as required
  • 2 Lemons  
  • 4 Finely Chopped Tomatoes
  • Mint Leaves ½ bunch finely Chopped  
  • Ingredients for green chilie chatni:
  • 8 Green Chilies
  • ½ bunch mint Leaves  
  • 1 bunch Green Coriander
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp White Cumin  
  • Salt as required

Preparation Method:
First spread 1 dozen bhel poori in a deep pan.
Then add 1 packet channa papri,finely chopped tomatoes,chopped onions, salt,lemons for lemon juice and finely chopped mint leaves and mix.
Now add boiled potatoes in cubes.
For green chili chatni, add green chilies, mint leaves,green coriander, 6 garlic cloves and white cumin and blend it.
Then add salt as required. For serving put bhel poori in a bowl.
Now put tamarind date chatni in a bowl.
Also put green chilies and bhel poori on the top. Put the remaining in other bowl.
