For Removing Bitterness of Bitter Gourd:
Peel bitter gourd and keep whole.
Then mark cut, spread all masalay and leave for 30 minutes.
Then wash it nicely.
Put chana daal, salt, red chili, garlic, all spice and 2 cups water in pot and cook it.
When water dries and daal tender, grind it.
Now mix gram flour, salt, tamarind pulp and egg in bowl and beat it nicely.
Then fill masala in bitter gourd, tie thread, dip each bitter gourd in gram flour mixture and deep fry in oil.
When golden brown, take it out and serve.
