First soak noodles for 30 minutes
Now heat 1 cup oil and add blended onion with ginger garlic paste nd fry well
Then add grinded green chilies, coriander and mint chatni and again fry well
Now add boneless chicken cubes with salt and chili powder
Then add 1 cup water cover and leave it till chicken tender
Now add in 1 cup boiled chana ki daal.
Mix coconut milk with gram flour and 3 cups of water and add to the chicken and daal mixture.
Stirr it well when mixture start boiling then add soaked noodles and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve by garnishing with boiled eggs, spring onion chopped, fried garlic, lemon, chopped green chilies, fried onion and ginger julienne.
