Chicken 65 ia a good variation in chicken recipes.

  • Half kg Boneless chicken cut in cubes
  • 2 tsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • 1tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp finely chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp finely chopped Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • ½ tsp all spice
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 4 Green chilies cut in stripsand deep fried
  •  Orange red color pinch
  • Curry leaves 15 to 20
  • Oil for deep frying

Preparation Method:

In a bowl mix Boneless chicken, Yogurt , Soya sauce, Corn flour, Flour, Ginger,finely chopped, Garlic finely chopped, Chili powder, Crushed red pepper , All spice, Lemon juice , Egg , Salt, Orange red color pinch.
Marinate chicken in the mixture for 2 hours.
Heat oil in a fry pan when the oil is hot deep fry chicken pieces until reddish brown.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok add curry leaves and deep fried green chilies also add chicken and toss well.
Serve hot by garnishing witn onion rings and lemon wedges.
