Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Bihari kabab masala 1/2 packet
  • Lemons 2
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • For Paratha:
  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • For Tamarind Chutney:
  • Tamarind 250 gm
  • Black salt 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Dry ginger powder 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For Onion Salad:
  • Onion lachay 2
  • Lemons 2
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Salt to taste

Praparation Method:

  • Marinate chicken with bihari masala, 1 lemon, black pepper, ginger, red chilies, papaya and salt for 10 minutes.
  • Now heat little oil in frying pan, fry chicken, cover it and simmer it.
  • Chicken boti is ready.
  • For tamarind chutney put all ingredients in tamarind, mix it and cook it lightly.
  • For onion salad soak onion in water and put onion.
  • Then take out from water, put lemon juice and mint leaves.
  • For paratha make each roti of balls.
  • Now spread some oil and put dry flour.
  • Then make paratha balls and roll it.
  • Then heat tawa, cook paratha like roti and put oil with wooden spoon.
  • Then put chicken boti and put chutney.
  • Then put some onion and make roll.
  • Paratha roll is ready.
