Firstly boil onion by adding turmeric, chili powder, tomatoes,ghee and curd with 2 cups of water.
And cook for 15 minutes when onion tender, blend the mixture and keep aside.
Now heat oil in a handi, add crushed garlic and white cumin seeds.
when it gets light brown then add blended onion mixture also add 2 extra chopped tomatoes and fry well.
Now add crushed pepper, crushed cumin and salt, fry well.
And dd boneless chicken and cover and cook till chicken tender.
Then add allspice, chili sauce, soya sauce, butter, cream, yellow color and grated cheese.now leave it to simmer.
At last stage add chopped coriander and green chilies.And serve hot with naan or roti.
