Chicken fried rice

Chicken fried rice is very famous and can easily be prepared.

  • Rice half kg boiled
  • Chicken 1 breast(cubes cut)
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2 beaten
  • Frozen mixed vegetables 1 cup
  • Salt half tsp
  • White pepper ¼ tsp
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Spring onion leaves chopped 1 cup

Preparation Method:

Take a deep pan and heat oil and add chopped ginger garlic
After frying for 2 minutes add onion,2 beaten eggs and chicken and  fry for 5 minutes
Now add mixed vegetables with salt, pepper, vinegar, soya sauce
Then fold In rice, mix well
At last step add spring onion leaves after tossing well serve with raita.
