Curried Chicken

1 kg Chicken
Onion – 2( 1 large, 1 small) – Chopped
1 bunch chopped Coriander leaves –
1 tsp Coriander Powder
2 tsp Red chilli powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
¾ tsp Garam masala powder
(4 Cloves,1" cinnamon,2 green cardamom ,1 bay leaf and 1 tsp aniseed) Whole garam masala
1tbsp Ginger-garlic paste  
1 tbsp Kasoori Methi
1 sachet Coconut milk
1 tsp Lemon juice
5 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Preparation Method:

In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add 1 large onion.
Fry it till the onion turns transparent.
Now grind the above along with coriander powder and red chilli powder.
To make the Curry, heat 3 tbsp oil and add whole garam masala and let it splutter.
Add the small onion and fry it till it turns golden brown.
Then add chicken and saute it.
Now add ginger garlic paste and fry and add the masala paste, turmeric powder and garam masala powder.
Fry it well. Now add the coconut milk and let it cook for 5 mins.
Add the lemon juice and cover the lid till chicken is cooked.
Garnish it with coriander leaves, sprinkle kasoori methi and serve hot with steamed rice.
