  • Chicken breast 4 made into pasandas

Preparation Method:

First marinate pasandas for 1 hour by adding Yogurt, Raw papaya grinded, Ginger garlic paste, Coriander powder, Chili powder, Salt, Allspice, Brown onion grinded, Roasted gram, Poppy seeds grinded, Desiccated coconut roasted and grinded.
then heat ¼ cup oil in a lagan, spread pasandas.
Cook on low flame for 15 minutes
Give dum of coal, serve by garnishing with onion rings and lemon wedges.
