Double Layer Fajita Pizza

Double Layer Fajita Pizza is a fantastic variation in pizza.

For Pizza Dough:

  • white flour 500 gm
  • Yeast 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Pizza Topping:

  • Beef fajita as required
  • Pizza sauce 1/2 cup
  • Mushroom slice 1 cup
  • Olives slice 1 cup
  • Chili pickle 3-4
  • Grated mozzarella cheese 500 gm
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Butter 1/2 cup

Preparation Method:

For pizza dough:

  • Add sugar and yeast in lukewarm water, mix it nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
  • Add salt, baking powder and yeast in maida, knead it nicely and leave for 3-4 hours.
  • Then take out dough, fold with hands, grease baking tray with butter or oil and set dough.
  • Dough is ready.

For topping & baking:

  • Bake baking tray in preheated oven on 50 degrees C for 15 minutes, so that dough rises.
  • Now take out baking tray.
  • Cut dough from center, spread pizza sauce and fill with beef fajita.
  • Put some mushroom slice, black pepper, cheese, olives and chili pickle, close it and sprinkle remaining mushroom slice, black pepper, cheese, olives, chili pickle and oregano.
  • Then bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
  • Take it out and serve hot
