Ingredients:

  • Beef or Meat ½ kg
  • Cauliflower (Finely Chopped) 1
  • Crushed Red Chilies 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Onions 2
  • Finely Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Green Coriander 1 bunch
  • Long Sliced Green Chilies 4
  • Oil 1 cup

Preparation Method:

In a pan add beef,hot water,finely chopped onions,ginger garlic paste,crushed red chilies,turmeric powder and salt as required.
When meat is done, then add 1 finely chopped cauliflower and cook it for a while.
Now add finely chopped ginger and finely chopped green chilies and put it on simmer.
Cauliflower will be done in its own water.
Cook it for some time in the end and serve after adding finely chopped coriander.
