Ingredients:

  • beef Undercut ½ kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes ½ kg
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Eggs beaten 2
  • Vermicelli slightly crushed 2 cups
  • Green chilies grinded 1 tbsp

Preparation Method:

First of all Boil beef in one cup water by adding grinded green chilies, salt, black pepper, vinegar, ginger garlic paste.
When water dries, cool the mixture and chopperized slightly
Now mix allspice, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves.
Then mix boiled and mashed potatoes, mix all well, make into egg shape kababs
Now dip in beaten egg, roll in vermicelli then deep fry.
Serve in a basket, arrange with fried rice noodles.
