Ginger mutton curry

Ginger mutton curry is main course recipe for meat lovers.

  • ½ kg Mutton
  • 2 Lemon
  • 2 Onion chopped
  • 10 Green chilli chopped
  • 1 cup Oil
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tbsp Black pepper crushed
  • Salt as required

Preparation Method:
Fry onion in oil till it turns golden brown.
Now add mutton, salt, ginger garlic paste and turmeric and cook.
When meat water dries add lukewarm water and cook till meat tender.
Now Add ½ cup of yogurt and saute it.
When oil form a separate a layer, put ½ tbsp crushed black pepper, chopped green chillies, ginger and lemon juice and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes.
Serve it with hot naan.
