Gosht ki tehari is a delicious meal for lunch or dinner.And good and healthy combinition of rice and mutton.

Ingredients:

  • Half kg Mutton (half boiled)
  • Brown Onion ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Half kg Rice
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 ½ tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 ½ tsp Cumin roasted and crushed
  • 2 tsp Coriander roasted and crushed
  • 6 Green chilies
  • ½ cup chopped Coriander leaves
  • ½ cup oil
  • Water 2 cup

Preparation Method:

Take a pan and heat oil in it then add brown onion with all the dry seasonings Salt,Chili powder,Turmeric,Cumin and Coriander,
Fry well and add boiled mutton with yogurt.
Again fry for 5 minutes and add 2 cups water, when water boils then add soaked rice and cook for 10 minutes on fast flame.
At last stage add chopped hara masala, lemon juice and leave it on dum.
