Heat oil and fry onion until light golden.
Now put ginger garlic paste and chicken and fry it nicely for 5 minutes.
Then put oatmeal and hot water and leave for 2 hours on low flame so that it tender.
Blend mixture with salt, cinnamon powder, white pepper, all spice, parsley and cream.
Then give bhagar of butter, fried onion and ginger, garnish with green chilies and serve.
