Indian Daal

Indian Daal is different daal recipe that is a nutrion full meal for non vegeterian.

1 cuo Moong Dal
½ tsp Ginger
½ tsp Garlic                     
1 tsp Salt
10 Green Chilies
5-6 Tomatoes
2 tbsp Lemon Juice            
 ½ tsp Turmeric              
Ingredients for bhagar:
Few Curry Leaves
Few Whole Red chilies
 ½ tsp Rai                      

Preparation Method:

First Boil daal with turmeric, ginger, garlic, whole green chilies and whole tomatoes.
Now when daal is tender, blend it with tomatoes and green chilies, after blending add salt.
Make bhagar with curry leaves, whole red chilies and mustard seeds.
Pour bhagar on daal and garnish it with green chilies and sliced ginger.
And serve with boiled rice or chapati.
