  • Water 1 cup
  • Fresh Tetra Pack Cream 1 packet
  • Dried Apricot 250g
  • Almonds for garnishing
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Vanilla Custard Powder 4 tbsp

Preparation Method:
Soak 250g dried apricot for 6 hours and take out the seeds.
Now cook it in water and sugar.
Boil 1 liter milk and ½ cup sugar.
When milk starts to boil then add vanilla custard powder and mix it in ½ cup milk and cook it until it becomes thick
Now take it out and cool it.
In a glass bowl, make a layer of apricot mixture and put the custard on it. Then make a layer of fresh cream and garnish it with almonds.
And Serve after cooling.
