Mayonnaise is very handy to be used in burgers salads e.t.c.

- Egg yolk 3
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Oil 3 cups
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- White vinegar 3 tbsp
- Castor sugar 1 tbsp
- Separate yolks from eggs beat with electric beater for 5 minutes until become thick creamy.
- Add white pepper, mustard paste, salt, start beating again now beating would not stop till end.
- Putting oil is tricky be careful while beating .start adding 1 cup oil by slow pouring
- Put 1 tbsp vinegar in mayonnaise beat more, add 1 cup oil and then 1 tbsp vinegar, repeat this respectively for putting whole oil and vinegar.
- Mayonnaise is ready use with salads etc.
