Mayonnaise is very handy to be used in burgers  salads e.t.c.

  • Egg yolk 3
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Oil 3 cups
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Castor sugar 1 tbsp

Preparation Method:

  • Separate yolks from eggs beat with electric beater for 5 minutes until become thick creamy.
  • Add white pepper, mustard paste, salt, start beating again now beating would not stop till end.
  • Putting oil is tricky be careful while beating .start adding 1 cup oil by slow pouring
  • Put 1 tbsp vinegar in mayonnaise beat more, add 1 cup oil and then 1 tbsp vinegar, repeat this respectively for putting whole oil and vinegar.
  • Mayonnaise is ready use with salads etc.
