Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Onion 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cardamom 6
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Grinded almonds 3 tbsp
  • Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 1 cup

Praparation Method:

  • Marinate chicken with yogurt, red chili powder, salt and turmeric for 30 minutes.
  • Now heat ghee and put onion paste.
  • When onion is light pink, put ginger garlic, bay leaves, cardamom, nutmeg, almonds and chopped tomatoes and roast it.
  • Then put yogurt chicken and cover for 20 minutes.
  • When chicken tender, roast it nicely.
  • Then add cream and close stove.
  • Then take out in dish and sprinkle all spice powder.
