Firstly Soak rice for 30 minutes, boil rice with whole spices, salt and pinch of yellow color.
Then Marinate chicken with yogurt, chat masala, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric.
Now heat oil add chicken fry from both the sides until golden.
Then add the remaining marination, cover and cook until chicken tender, lastly add blended tomatoes, nutmeg and mace, cook until gravy thick.
Lastly for serving put rice in a big platter, put chicken in the center with masala, garnish with boiled eggs quarters, French fries, cheddar cheese, chopped coriander and mint.
