Ingredients for baghar:
4 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 packet butter
3 tbsp oil
First of all soak mustard greens in turmeric powder.Then wash is with water.
Then cook the mustard greens by adding whole red chillies,garlic and salt till water dries.
Then after cooling chopperized the mixture.
Now put the chopperized mixture in a pan then add butter and corn flour and fry well.
Preparation method for baghar:
For making baghar add butter,oil and chopped garlic in a pan and fry.
Then put saag in serving dish and pour baghar on it.
saag is ready to serve with makai ki roti.
