Ingredients for kabab:

  • ½ kg (mutton,beef,Chicken,) Minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp All spice  heaped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Crushed coriander
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin crushed
  • 1 beaten Egg
  • 2 slices Bread soaked in water

Ingredients for masala:

  • 1 large Onion boiled in ¼ cup water and ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • 1 tsp All spice
  • ½ cup Oil
  • ½ cup Whipped Yogurt
  • 4 ounces Butter
  • 2 tbsp Coconut milk powder
  • 3 chopperized Tomatoes
  • 2 chopped Green chilies
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Julian

Preparation Method for Kabab:

  • Marinate mince(chikean,mutton,beef) with Ginger garlic, Chili powder, All spice, Salt, Crushed coriander, Roasted cumin crushed, beaten Egg and 2 Bread slices soaked in water.
  • Take small portion of the mixture to give shape of seekh kababs.
  • Now fry seekh kabab in heated oil then give them dum of coal and keep aside.

Preparation Method for Masala:

 

  • Firstly heat oil and butter in a handi and add boiled and blended mixture of onion and turmeric.
  • Now fry it for 5 minutes and  add chopperized tomatoes with salt, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, all spice and yogurt
  • Again fry well  and  after adding fried seekh kababs cook on low flame
  • At last add diluted coconut milk powder, green chilies and ginger Julian.
  • Leave it to simmer for 5 minutes.And Serve with roghni nan.
