Shahi Kulfa

Shahi Kulfa and rabbri is very delight full dessert and also a rich yummy food.

  • Milk 6 cups
  • Corn Flour 4 tbsp
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Kewra essence 1 tbsp
  • Dry Whole Milk 250 gm
  • Almonds and Pistachio Sliced ½ cup
  • Green Cardamom Grinded ½ tsp
  • Condensed Milk 4 tbsp
  • Cream 1 packet

Ingredients for Rabbri:

  • Milk 1 ½ cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp  
  • Saffron and Kewra Essence few drops
  • Condensed Milk 4 tbsp
  • Almonds And Pistachio Sliced for garnishing


Preparation Method:

First add milk and sugar in a pan and cook for 15 minutes till milk is slightly reduced
Now dissolve corn flour in ¼ cup milk and add it  to the boiling milk stirr continously while cooking till mixture become thick
Then add dry whole milk and remove the mixture from pan and cool the mixture.
Add saffron, kewra essence , green cardamom grinded, condensed milk and cream in the cooled mixture.
Put mixture in a well greased loaf tin, cover it well, freeze till set.
Now take it out of tin and cut in slices and serve with prepared rabbri.

Preparation Method for Rabbri:

In a pan boil milk till slightly reduced.
Now thicken it with corn flour paste.
Take it out of pan and cool.
Now add condensed milk,saffron and kewra essence.
Garnish with almonds and pistachio.
