Shami Kabab

Shami kababs are like beef patties and are very popular in pakistan especially to serve the guests at tea time or at different events.

  • Beef Boneless - 500 grams
  • Split Chickpeas (Daal chana) 250 grams
  • 1 Small Ginger
  • Garlic 8 Cloves
  • Whole Red Chillies 8 pcs
  • Green Chillies 6 pcs
  • Hot Spice Powder half tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Black Pepper powder
  • Salt To taste
  • Oil
  • Water

Prepration method:

Firstly cook the meat by adding water, Split Chickpeas(Daal chana),Ginger paste,Garlic,Whole Red Chillies,Green Chillies
Hot Spice Powder,Black Pepper powder and Salt.cook till meat is soften and water is dried.

Now grind the ingredients very well in a food processor.

After grinding the stuff add 2 eggs, make patties of the batter with your hands.

Add oil in a pan and fry the patties.

 Kababs are ready.Serve with sauce or tomato ketchup.
