Ingredients

  • Mango powder 4 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Onion 1 (raw, ground)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Red chilies 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Onion seed 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seed ½ tsp
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Green chilies 10 - 15 (slit and removed seeds)

Preparation Method:

  • Mix mango powder into a paste with 2 tbsp yogurt.
  • Now stuff this paste in between the chilies.
  • Heat oil and fry white cumin.
  • Add onion and also fry.
  • Add salt, turmeric, crushed cumin, red chili, onion seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and add ¼ cup water.
  • Fry stuffed green chilies, cover and leave it on simmer for 10 minute.
