Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 2 kg
  • Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
  • Sugar 250 grams
  • Vinegar ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red color ½ tsp

Preparation Method:

  • Chop tomatoes in big cubes, boil without water for 30 minutes.
  • Then blend and strain puree with a fine sieve.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and cook till ketchup consistency reached.
  • Cool, fill in sterilized bottle.
